****General Rules****
 
 1. No DoS (Denial of Service) Attacks on anyone (This includes 
 Ping Floods, Hang-UP pinging, and Nuking.)
 
 2. No Extreme flooding, flooding to the point to cause the network,
 server or services problems (also considered a DoS attack)

 3. Don't abuse any of the services (I.E. using services to
 steal nicknames or channels) 

 4. Any attempt at hacking the server or any of the services

 5. No warez allowed (file serving of porno, pirated software, etc)

 Overall conduct on the server should be ruled by common sense.

 Failing to follow any of the above rules can result in kills, server
 bans, or network bans.


 Cloning: Limit 3 connections. Cloning is considered multiple
 connections from the same computer (host) to the server.
 Should you need more then 3 connections per host for some special
 purpose just ask :)(#help or removed@removed)
